Returns

  • Unopened items may be eligible for return only where the applicable retailer policy and local law allow it.
  • Damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • Refund timing and method are handled by the selling retailer or fulfillment partner.
  • Event, wholesale, and allocation orders may have separate terms confirmed before purchase.
